Viana Miller is the owner of Baked by Vi, LLC, a 100% gluten-free bakery located in New Paris, Indiana. Viana, also known as Vi, began her journey of gluten free baking in 2018 right out of her home kitchen! She quickly grew out of that space and in 2020, her husband helped her expand by building her a separate kitchen in their garage. This space was where she primarily ran her business until October 2022 when she just knew she needed a commercial space in order to continue growing. She opened up Baked by Vi, LLC, in New Paris on October 10th, 2022, and business has been thriving ever since!
Vi is 61 years old and has been married to her husband for 39 years. Together, they have three beautiful daughters, 2 amazing sons-in-law and the most precious grandsons. In 2017, Vi and her husband were experiencing some health issues and that’s when they began their cleansing and healing journey which eventually led Vi to begin baking in a clean, organic, and healthy way.
When asked to share some wisdom with other women wanting to start their own businesses, Vi said,
“You’re never too old to follow your dreams.”
