Free A1C Testing by Parkview Health on March 14, 6:00-9:00 a.m. Located in the Parkview Center for Healthy Living in the Warsaw YMCA Lobby. The A1C test provides clinical information about your average blood sugar level over the last 3 months, and typically is part of a treatment plan for those with diabetes, or who are pre-diabetic. Kosciusko County Health Department will now offer free Hepatitis C testing offered by Positive Resource Connection. In addition, Free HIV testing continues to be available, and is made possible by a grant from the K21 Health Foundation. The testing location is at the Kosciusko County Health Department, located in the K21 building at 1515 Provident Drive in Warsaw, IN, from 1:15 – 4 p.m. on the first Monday of every month.
