  • Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) screenings ($20)

  • Chemistry 17 tests ($35)

bus Parkview Heart Institute has partnered with HealthFair , which is a mobile bus that provides screenings for heart prevention at a discounted rate. There are multiple screening packages you can choose from , which range in cost to fit your budget. The bus will be locally in Warsaw, at Wal-Mart, Wednesday, March 18th, 2015. The bus will also be in Columbia City, Thursday, March 19th, 2015 at the local Kroger. Be sure to schedule your appointment as soon as possible, as space is limited.
