Every Tuesday, starting October 3rd, from 5:30pm-6:30pm there will be a free program to help you make lasting healthy lifestyle changes. This program is a year long and you will spend that year surrounded by a group of supportive people with common goals – working to reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes as you gain energy and confidence. This program is lead by a trained lifestyle coach and is offering 16 weekly one-hour sessions followed by 8 monthly sessions. It will cover topics such as making better food choices and incorporating physical activity in your daily schedule.
