Kosciusko Community Hospital just released the 2013 Community Wellness Screening dates. These wellness screenings are a great opportunity to recieve quality care at a discounted rate. Keep in mind, most community wellness screenings do not process your insurance information -therefore the tests rendered won’t apply towards your deductible.
