Just a reminder: June 21st, 2012 from 6:30 a.m.- 8:30 a.m. , Kosciusko Community Hospital is hosting a community wellness screening. Some of the testing includes, but not limited too: metablic panel, lipid panel, cardio CRP, Thyroid screening – any many more. All of these tests are completed for a nominal fee – except the bone density scan is being listed as “no charge.”
