Bone Density Screening

Friday, November 11, 10 a.m. -Noon

COST: Free

Osteoporosis is often called the “silent disease” because bone loss occurs without symptoms. If not prevented or left untreated, osteoporosis can progress painlessly until a bone breaks. Osteoporosis should not be thought of as being an inevitable fact of aging, but rather a disorder that is treatable and even preventable in many cases. Join Jill Zahm, MSN, RN, and Alisha Otis, wellness coach, as they discuss the prevention and treatment of this disorder. You’re never too old or too young to protect and improve the health of your bones! Bone density screenings will be offered before the presentation. Be sure to call and reserve a spot for the lecture and screenings today.
