Mobile Health Fair March 2012!

Debuting again in Indiana is a mobile health fair!  I checked out their website and found out Community Health Network provides a mobile unit which offers healthcare screenings at a discounted rate. Throughout March 2012, the mobile unit will be traveling through Indiana. The tests can provide risk factors for  heart disease, stroke, aneurysm, cancer, and/or diabetes.
