On Mondays, April 16th & 23rd from 10am-10:45am join Natalie Fish as she guides you through five different workout moves to help tone your post-pregnancy body while spending time with your baby. These fun workout moves include rock and roll, have a seat, nursery-rhyme plank, swaying tree stretch and the kitty stretch. This class is for new moms and babies six months and under.
