2. www.smokefree.gov

3. Take a quiz to find out your dependence on nicotine.

4. Enroll in the QuitPal App , developed by the National Cancer Association  to help consumers become smoke free. The app tracks the money you have saved, and also gives daily tips to help you stay motivated.
