- Contact your insurance carrier by using the phone number on the back of your ID card and tell the representative that you would like to #nominate your provider to be contracted with your health insurance carrier.
- Your health insurance carrier will then reach out to your provider to schedule a meeting to negotiate a contract that will hopefully get your provider back into your #network.
- Be aware that this does not guarantee that your provider will decide to make a contractual agreement with your insurance carrier, but it is always worth the #effort if you want to continue seeing your current provider!
