IU Goshen Hospital is hosting a community screening day August 16th, 2012 at the Town of Winona Lake Senior Center: 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN 46590 from 7am to 10am.
There will be multiple free screenings and assessments that will include, but not limited too: fitness assessment,heart failure risk assessment, sleep apnea risk assessment, breast cancer risk assessment, diabetes risk assessment, and many more.
There will also be screenings and assessments with a nominal fee that will include, but not limited too: A1C, cholesterol, liver health, and vascular.
