Since 2003, Becky Whitaker has been the co-owner of Creative Benefit Solutions, an insurance agency located in Warsaw, Indiana that provides employee benefits to small and medium size businesses. They’re the only agency within a 50-mile radius that only handles employee medical plans. Creative Benefit Solutions comes alongside companies by becoming a member of their team and offering strong HR support. They pride themselves on being able to identify the need of a client and problem solving in creative and cost-effective ways. Becky’s passion is taking care of people and providing for their needs, so this is a dream come true for her.
Becky has lived in Kosciusko County her whole life and is married to her high school sweetheart of 46 years. Together, they have three daughters and seven grandchildren. Becky loves attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and enjoys traveling with her family for fun getaways.
When asked to share some encouraging words with other women wanting to start their own business, Becky said,
