Emily Illingworth Kosnik is the general manager and minority owner of Toyota of Warsaw, a Toyota dealership in Warsaw, Indiana. At Toyota of Warsaw, Emily and her team strive to help their clients choose the perfect vehicle for them by providing a personalized shopping experience without added stress or pressure.
Emily was born and raised in Orange County, California and is the youngest of five children. Growing up, her family would spend summers in Winona Lake, Indiana visiting her grandparents. She has always loved the Kosciusko County community and attributes her fond memories of Winona Lake to the reason for moving to Warsaw in 2017.
Emily has years of experience working in the car industry and before she moved to Warsaw, she worked for Toyota North America out of Baltimore, Maryland. In January of 2017, after relocating to Kosciusko County, her and her husband, Christopher, decided to partner with her father at Toyota of Warsaw.
When Emily isn’t in the office, you can find her spending time with her family and her two fur babies. When asked to share some wisdom for women who are looking to start their own business, Emily said,
“It is not easy. You must be prepared to work very hard. You must believe in your business purpose and the service it provides because that is what will motivate you to press on when times are tough as well as when business is good. ALWAYS Trust your instincts!”
