Kayla Knuckles is one of the founders and owners of The Witchters, a metaphysical supply store located in North Webster, Indiana. In early 2019, Kayla met my business partner, Karlie and their similar passion for crystals, energy, and metaphysical views transpired into shared knowledge about books, articles, videos, and life experiences. In only a short time, they knew their destiny was to help others heal and find their own calling, purpose, and passion. In November 2021, they launched their online metaphysical shop, The Witchters. They offer energy healing products such as crystals, gemstone jewelry, sage, zodiac sets, and other fun decorative items including suncatchers and dreamcatchers. They travel with a pop-up tent during the summer vending festivals and offer services such as oracle readings, chakra balancing, and hair tinsel.
They recently expanded their online store to a mobile metaphysical shop called “The Magic Bus”. Their mobile shopping experience is unique because it is operated from a converted bus. Their grand opening is scheduled for June 17, 2023, and they will be located in the Heart of the Lakes, in North Webster, at 207 W South Street.
Kayla grew up mostly in Kosciusko County but moved a lot as a child and lived in many places throughout Indiana. She experienced many challenges in her youth which made her a more empathetic and resilient person. She acquired a Bachelor of Business degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017. In addition to owning a small business, she manages a law firm and works as a bartender part-time.
When asked to share some wisdom with other women wanting to start their own business, Kayla shared,
“No one will believe in you like you do. Work hard, be passionate, and try to learn something from every challenge you encounter. Embrace rejection and always keep your goals present!”
