Lyndsay Mack is a licensed mental health professional and founder of Linden Tree Counseling and Consulting LLC located out of Kosciusko County. Lyndsay began dreaming about her own therapy practice in 2019, but then the pandemic hit, and she had to pivot. At the beginning of 2023, she set her business in motion and now offers playful, sacred, embodied, trauma-informed healing practices in safe therapeutic spaces. She facilitates connection between individuals, families, and communities by primarily using play and expressive therapies. Lyndsay works toward trauma repair with her clients and has a passion for teaching and developing others through classes, groups, and community speaking events.
Lyndsay is an introverted, deep-feeling lover of learning and people! Originally from the Buckeye state, she moved to Indiana for college and decided to remain in the Kosciusko county community after graduating. She lives in Warsaw with her husband, Stephen, and enjoys nurturing her plants, clients, herself, and her family.
When asked if she had any advice for women wanting to start their own business, Lyndsay said,
“Invest in yourself – your healing, growth, and care – and listen to your intuition. The more you do, the more your business will align with who you are and what you have to offer. You are your greatest asset!”
