Michelle Smith LeDrew is the owner and founder of Glam Boutique, a clothing boutique located in Warsaw, Indiana. Michelle considers Glam Boutique to be an experienced-based, community-driven, and women-focused lifestyle brand. Their main focus is on relationships with their clients, each other, and within the community. Shopping at Glam Boutique is like shopping with your girlfriends – they have fun! Michelle loves the art of putting outfits together, but more than that, she loves to see and experience a woman feeling beautiful and confident through the power of fashion. She says that it’s easy for women to feel invisible and sometimes even inadequate in our culture, so it’s become her personal mission to help women become empowered with their own influence and to feel appreciated, seen, and valued. Michelle shares that one of her favorite things that’s come from being a woman business owner is the many friendships she’s made in the industry.
