Kosciusko County Health Department will now offer free Hepatitis C testing offered by Positive Resource Connection. In addition, Free HIV testing continues to be available, and is made possible by a grant from the K21 Health Foundation. The testing location is at the Kosciusko County Health Department, located in the K21 building at 1515 Provident Drive in Warsaw, IN, from 1:15 – 4 p.m. on the first Monday of every month.
