IU Goshen is hosting a free hemoglobin A1c reading March 27th, 2013 from 10am-2pm. A1c tests typically assess your risk for diabetes. The test will take place at the Kosciusko Community YMCA located at 1401 E. Smith St. Warsaw, IN 46580. Pre scheduled appointements are required – please call 877-566-4660. At this time, IU Goshen has not opened the calender for this event – but I was told it would open soon – so mark your calender!  The time is subject to change so follow this blog to stay up to date.

Kosciusko Community YMCA is in partnership with IU Health Goshen to offer free A1C tests. Saturday, January 5th, 2013 Thursday, January 5th, 2013 from 9:00 – 1:00pm IU Goshen will be onsite ( 1401 East Smith St. Warsaw, IN ) to offer these free screenings.
