Free A1C Testing by Parkview Health on March 14, 6:00-9:00 a.m. Located in the Parkview Center for Healthy Living in the Warsaw YMCA Lobby. The A1C test provides clinical information about your average blood sugar level over the last 3 months, and typically is part of a treatment plan for those with diabetes, or who are pre-diabetic. Parkview Heart Institute has partnered with Health Fair Mobile Bus to deliver ultrasound tests of the heart. Electrocardiogram, Peripheral Arterial Disease Test, and Hardening of the Arteries Test are some of tests provided at a discount. The mobile bus is coming to our area, and will be in Warsaw on Wednesday December 28th, 2016 at the Walmart location. A mammogram service will be available July 20, 2015 : 9:00 a.m.-2:45 p.m at the Parkview Warsaw YMCA Parking Lot. For women over 35 who have not had a mammogram in the past year and are not currently experiencing any problems – Screenings will be done in the mobile unit. For women without insurance , a high deductible, or without resources to pay, funding is available. Call 260-483-1847 or 1-800-727-8439, ext. 26540 to schedule an appointment. Walk-in openings are available depending on the schedule.

Parkview Heart Institute has partnered with HealthFair , which is a mobile bus that provides screenings for heart prevention at a discounted rate. There are multiple screening packages you can choose from , which range in cost to fit your budget. The bus will be locally in Warsaw, at Wal-Mart, Wednesday, March 18th, 2015. The bus will also be in Columbia City, Thursday, March 19th, 2015 at the local Kroger. Be sure to schedule your appointment as soon as possible, as space is limited.
